Crowdfunder - Fat Jockey Forum upgrade

Hello Fat Jockeys,

Upgrading the Fat Jockey forum!: https://www.crowdfunder.co.uk/p/fatjockeyforum

We're looking to upgrade the 'hosting CPU' so I've set up a crowdfunding project.

I would love it if you could donate using the link below to access my project page. Any contribution large or small will be hugely appreciated. Thank you.

    • HdB has Gloire D’Athon entered Friday at Gowran, another Cheveley Park recruit but from the France. Where do we see him fitting in?

He does seem to be getting plenty of nice horses! Won his only start over 1m6f in the AQPS. 3 runner race but the second has come out and won a hurdle.

He's not one that interests me. The flat race he won he beat a horse, Gold Link, who is now with Emma Lavelle, which got hammered by 44 lengths on hurdle debut. Obviously that's not to say Grand Bornand will end up as bad as that but it's not am ideal form line.

He is also by Montmartre who has actually produced some decent novice hurdlers, including Supreme winner, Labaik, who I know archie has a soft spot for

I have him down as a chaser to follow when he goes down that route, so I'm not sure how much he'll be geared up towards his novice hurdle season myself.

Being with Henry you are very likely to be spot on there. Arkle 2022 would be my guess.

Wouldn't have surprised me if he was aiming to be the next A Plus Tard then they removed that race

              • I’d take Farouk’s recent withdrawal & subsequent Monksfield entry on Sunday as a plus regards his plan of trip extending a few furlongs going forward

I'm with you all the way on that one. He'll run in the Potato Race.

                        Excellent. Hope they both run.

                        • They are both in the entries for Sat.
I expect there may be a wee phone call between Willie and Henry tonight and one of them appears in the decs tomorrow for Sat

This is annoying. Was hoping they wouldn't start off over 2 with BO. There is every chance he ends up in the Supreme, even more so now if he beats the current race favourite.

I re-read HDB’s stable tour yesterday and he did say he thought he was a Ballymore type. Don’t lose all hope yet my friend!
