I'm not trying to crab LiT he's one of my favourite horses and his GC performance was high class. However the way he was outstayed up the hill by the front 2, I just don't see a way, barr jumping errors, he can finish in front of ABP this year. Watching the race back he travelled through the race like the winner, just got outstayed up the hill. To me that was a performance that screamed ryanair. Understand where you are coming from but could be argued that he came to the festival after being pulled up in the king George and subsequently having a breathing operation, on top of that we all know Tizzard had zero form at the festival so there’s a few reasons to believe that with a better prep run and the stable in form he could turn around a length and a half defeat, it’s not like he didn’t stay the tripOriginally posted by aalowe9 View PostComment

The Gigginstown House Stud-owned winner is now set to tackle Grade One company at Fairyhouse, as Meade explained.
He said: “From the first day he arrived in the yard we’ve just loved him.
“Michael and Eddie (O’Leary) thought he should stay over hurdles and I was happy to agree. He’s more than justified the decision now.
“They didn’t go much of a gallop there, but Sean said he was cantering at all stages.
“The Hatton’s Grace looks the obvious race for him and we’ll see how it’ll work.”Comment
