Hello Fat Jockeys,

Upgrading the Fat Jockey forum!: https://www.crowdfunder.co.uk/p/fatjockeyforum

We're looking to upgrade the 'hosting CPU' so I've set up a crowdfunding project.

I would love it if you could donate using the link below to access my project page. Any contribution large or small will be hugely appreciated. Thank you.

  • Just backed Busselton any race ew 25/1 boost with Hills having rewatched his run against the triumph fav.

I feel this is a big price for a horse pitched into a Grade 2 on his stable debut and is rated highly within the yard according to Brendan Powell.

You have the Fred Winter & Triumph as the potential races he will run in (needs another run for a handicap mark I think) but if he ended up in the Fred he could be fav come the day as per the stables Band of Outlaws a few seasons back but even if he goes the Triumph then he can place going on his run over Xmas.

Yeah, he is one I like Madmoose

I would prefer him in the Boodles, but probably unlikely to happen given his proximity to Zanahiyr in the Knight Frank. Needs one more run for a mark though, so maybe they could, erm....cheat

I’ve heard they like him too but took the opinion they’re likely to be weighted into going Triumph so took the 40s with Unibet

Even 40/1 for the one race is worth chancing now in case an injury strikes the fav, any race and triumph play both ew is the way to go I think.

          • 365 starting to add some more handicap markets now. Coral Cup, Boodles, County. Only one horse in each market so far.

              • I know somebody put up similar the other day, but the conversations about Fury Road on the Stayers thread has prompted me to back the ‘Runny nose’ treble of Aba, Samcro and Fury Road E/W at 5,345/1 with 365.

Of course I think it was only Abacadabras that had a runny nose out of the three but Samcro was running at the wrong trip and FR will hopefully improve the way he did last year. I also recall that all 3 were very well supported in the days leading up to the Festival which tells me all 3 were horses they were expecting to run well despite showing some in and out form in the run up. Obviously all 3 will be stepping up into open company this season so is going to be a tough ask, but looks like their current prices are reasonable. I’ve already backed all 3 in singles so no new thinking as such.

Haha, like that a lot RC.

Wouldn't shock me to my core to see them throw Samcro in at the deep end though, but a fun looking bet.

Where do you see Samcro running RC?

Fury road doesn't run well at leopardstown so I'd still give him a big shout at Cheltenham.

Has to be the Ryanair, I’ll be surprised if he heads to the Gold Cup after his Christmas exploits, but I’ll be cashing if anything indicates that he might be heading that way

                          • PaddyPower are

                            25/1

                            Appreciate It (Supreme)
                            Shishkin (Arkle)
                            Epatante (Champion Hurdle)

As a special, max 20 quid.

Best price for these is 19/1 without NRNB elsewhere. I assume the above is NRNB, but still, good value if you like the 3.

Very good. I've got enough going on with those three already and don't play above doubles as you know.
