Yeh I've added her at 10/1. It's such an uninspiring division and at 7 going on 8 a new code could bring about improvement she might not even need to beat Elimay.

I'm going to join you on this one Charlie, 10/1 is slim considering she's never seen a fence. But as soon as she wins a tin pot novice chase by 20 lengths they'll cut her to 4/1.

Ditto. Was ultimately a bit disappointed with her last season but reckon she should be up to the level of winning this if taking to fences IMO.

Concertista @10/1 might have to get taken. She's a big mare that could very well be a monster over fences if she improves. Her festival experience is very solid too. She's in the right hands. Obviously want to see her jump a fence but at the same time 10/1 will probably become 9/2 after a facile debut win.

Has to be taken yes, she has massive scope for a fence could be exciting.

I think its a case of getting her and Elimay onside and you should have the winner - miles ahead of the rest imo.

Was just thinking the same, not watched the race yet but we know what Fergal and Paddy think of Alcazar so it’s a decent win after so long off the track.

I was impressed with her jumped really well in the main nice and quick from a to b. Only concern with the Mares Chase was she was being niggled at a fair way out. May be that she's just a bit lazy as she won pretty comfortably in the end but I'd wanna see her run over 2 mile 4 or less before I backed her.

Recent history says Aintree is more likely you'd think. If Cheltenham is on his mind then his other three or four staying chasers come into the equation, and then it's about where she fits in the pecking order. I can't see him sending more than one to the RSA, and presumably Bravemansgame is pencilled in for that. Therefore if she goes to Cheltenham you'd have to think it was the Mares Chase. A nrnb price with 365 might be worth having for us bookbuilders if anyone feels like requesting it?

He has said in the RP Stable Tour she comes to the Mares Chase.

Maybe only mentioned the Cheltenham Festival races a couple of times and she was one of them.

Didn't spot the MR one cheers. Just had a look, doesn't look like there's much of interest for here anyway. I do like Nada To Prada though.

I'd say we'll see the main ones in Clonmel, Right handed will suit Mount Ida and if it stays soft heavy, the stamina test will also. Interesting entry down the bottom for Darren's Hope, not really for this race but hopefully they get her handicapped to win a staying handicap perhaps. They'll probably chase the black type first though.

Chilli Filli is a good yardstick to the English Mares Chase form so she's worth a watch in the MR race. I do think Mount Ida is more of a National type . Can't see her keeping tabs with them over 2 1/2 on Spring ground next March. I'm not worried about her at all. She does have the ground in her favour on Thursday though.

Yep same re Ida. Decent 16k on Thursday should be hers then they can plot more adventurous targets like Nationals, but off 152 i do think she'll always find something too good.

Listed race at Bangor on Wed for novices- interesting entry is The Glancing Queen. Not sure she'll ever be good enough but 2 1/2 is more her bag. Whether they take on the open mares this year who knows.
