Looked impressive all right but Cheltenham will be tougher.

Wouldn't it be ironic if Davy choses to ride Galvin at Cheltenham and Jack wins on Conflated - two second strings would have nabbed two successive Gold Cups for him.

Thanks. Trustpilot is not a happy place when it comes to bookies. 1.9/5 looks bad but that's better than a host of bigger names including Bet365, Betfair, Paddy Power, Ladbrokes, Betfred...and probably others besides!

In any case the GC market, which they were very slow updating today, is now down.

Connections will be absolutely buzzing with that run i'd say.
Given Minella Indo in the last few seasons has found:

- 18lb improvement in the Albert Bartlett from his previous run
- 17lb improvement in the RSA from winning a beginners chase prior
- 16lb improvement in the Gold Cup from finishing 4th of 5 in the Irish Gold Cup

Tiger improved 4 1/2 stone from his previous run to win last year's XCC and as for Galopin.........wow !!

I would think most novice / second season horses that place get record high levels as they will have never raced in such high quality races.

Scratch Fisher,Franco,Chatham,Aye right,Calvados,RWF,Aura,Ahoy,Allaho,Ida. so that's already down to 15, Melon? maybe so 14 absolute max be my guess, chuck in an injury and a swerve and I'll say 12.
