I was impressed with that.
Not really buying the narrative that he can't win because of the ground today. Might be no winners from today at the festival but that'll be because the majority of them are not good enough.
I'm not saying it's a bad theory by the way, it just wouldn't stop me backing a horse if I liked them visually today, which I did.

He was already only 1lb lower than Ginto on RPR's and the second best RPR rated horse in the entries.
Yesterday over the trip, did his chances no harm at all.
His speed rating, even on bad ground was the best of the season, by any staying novice hurdler, by an absolute mile,
In fact, at 134 only Constitution Hill has equaled it all season in novice hurdles in GB/IRE.
The rest are 6lb and much further behind it, and in the Bartlett the nearest is 11lb behind it, the 2nd nearest 18lb behind it.
If he runs he probably goes off fav, unless some monster Irish gamble comes for one.Last edited by Saxon Warrior; 20 February 2022, 12:38 PM."Journeys to Glory, breathing in his head".
