Hello Fat Jockeys,

We're looking to upgrade the 'hosting CPU' so I've set up a crowdfunding project.

I would love it if you could donate using the link below to access my project page. Any contribution large or small will be hugely appreciated. Thank you.

  • JWM has now officially had more air time than any other Festival horse. It just runs, and runs, and runs......

Either heading here or injured if his Ballymore price is anything to go by…
He was weak enough for a few days.
But still left in todays confirmations, so hopefully he's not too bad if anything bothering him at all.
Been hardly any money surrounding him on the exchanges, almost as though no one fancies him. Especially for the ballymore.

I reckon if Ginto goes Ballymore, he'll go off favourite for this, depending on Henry's week up until then.
His form would entitle him to be FAV for sure.

It’s the price someone’s looking to back him at… so the fact there’s only a fiver someone’s looking to back him at for 79/1 & nothing else is worrying & suggests he might not be running in the Ballymore as there’s no one looking to back him on the Exchange currently at any other price…

Usually there would be much shorter prices people are looking to back him at if there was confidence he was running for that race…

To be honest I’ve got every novice hurdler wrong this year so you’d be wise to ignore me here…

It means someone has taken all the lay money available and that only usually happens when that someone knows something…

Yeah - I reckon no one fancies him for the race + Gerri Colombe will have people thinking he may go for the other race.

There are a lot of horses with not much strength on the lay side, and just reflects a lack of popularity in immature markets.

Clearly no one out there fancies him for the Ballymore if not even 79/1 can tempt them ! Gone from hero to zero....

It's 79/1 to lay not to back. His last matched price is still around 9/1. Not sure it's too much just yet tbh

                      • Appreciate it the replies, but i still feel like im looking at the matrix.if you are a JWM ballymore backer .if he is still 8 or 9s to back then whats the issue?

                        • If JWM was coming here I would think he`ll be stronger in the exchange market. People just reading to much into Gerri being scratched! Gerri was weak all week so he was suspect.

When horses drift (price to back increases) slightly on the machine (exchange) people put 2 and 2 together and sometimes get 4, a lot of the time get 444

Can be podcast/media reactions or small scares when the price drifts a little and usually injury or change of plan when it drifts a lot.

                            • Hillcrest declared for Haydock Saturday. Heavy ground at the moment though. Could be nicely experienced for this mind. Might be time to back him, as I haven't already.
