In other news I’ve had the Nicky Henderson trained Walk on Air added to Will Hill’s TWAR market at 20/1 (22/1 with boost). He’s a late starter this season and thought the Bartlett would be his target but he’s entered at Huntingdon in his seasonal debut over the minimum trip on Friday so I’ve backed him up with the 22/1 TWAR just incase he’s Henderson’s other superstar novice hurdler that there are whispers of and he is the stables Ballymore horse as I’ve already got him covered for the AB.

I stand corrected and that’s lowered my ‘correct information to post ratio’ to 68% for the week. Need to try harder TKP!!

if Hendo has an AB runner I am starting to think it will be wiseguy, he looks every inch a future staying chaser but in all honesty it is not a race the trainer targets and even his good horses that go there tend to be minded for the future.

Add to the fact he is only a five year old and it’s a very low likelihood imo. I posted on the Ballymore thread that I think City Chief may be his Ballymore horse. There was loads to like about his debut run where he got caught in a pocket before finishing very strongly against a decent yardstick. He is out Tuesday at Doncaster I believe and is 40s with sky so if you are seeking Hendos Ballymore horse give this a look.

City Chief entered up over 2m 5f tomorrow. Looked all over a stayer to me in his last race but is actually shorter for the Ballymore. 50/1 (56/1) boosted with WH is a very big price if you think he's coming here (I think he probably will given Henderson has plenty of other Novices to split up and most would have more speed than this one)
