      • What price do we think Ginto will be NRNB?

        hes currently 6-7/1

I wonder if someone might be generous and make him 9/2

Unless I’m reading the market depth wrong, it’s just a highly illiquid market atm. Others:

              Ginto - ?5 at 8.8 otherwise nothing until 1000
Hollow Games - ?8 at 14.5-16 then nothing

Bit more about for BK, but not a ton. More for MC but then he ran today so is of present interest.

That's exactly what it is - a market that is nowhere near formed with small stakes hoping to be matched at speculative prices. Move on...

                • Do we think the Morans will run both Ginto and Hollow Games here? Earlier in the season, Noel said it would be highly unlikely that they'd run two against each other but they did it in the Lawlors.

As a Ginto backer, I'm a tad concerned that the AB is the only race for Hollow Games if they are set on Chelt, which would mean that Ginto goes for the Ballymore.

FWIW, even as a G1 winner over 2m4, I'm pretty sure we'll see Ginto at his very best over the 3m trip and the New Course at Chelt more likely to suit than the Old.

As a Hollow Games backer I am more concerned that they'll use Ginto as their Albert Bartlett best chance and send Hollow Games for a race away from Cheltenham.

                      • Nice to see he’s got an entry. Wouldn’t make him any more likely to come here over the Ballymore though would it?

                          I agree.
                          Ballymore 21f Potato 24f, I wouldn’t assume anything from a 23f entry…

He's only run on ground described as soft or worse. Not only would it make Thurles unlikely (yielding and mainly dry forecast) but it would diminish my enthusiasm for Cheltenham until the likely ground is established.
