Is this a track to ignore Ista? (I may be getting you confused tbf so correct me if I'm wrong!)
Well I don’t recall saying he’s a festival winner, but he’s now only got 3 ahead of him on oddschecker I just noticed.

Its a shame his two races are not the other way round, his last race would have been Ascot then.
        Bet that fares better.

Really.. Surely he would have picked before today's run it can't be?

                  Ludlow
                  Bangor
                  Plumpton
                  Huntingdon

Taunton won’t have been far behind those…
For backers of DR P....Pentland Hills only hurdles run before the Triumph run was at Plumpton .

Also worth remembering he drifted from single figures(a week before) to 20/1 on the day... completely unfancied.

BOG or wait for the day is probably the play with an under the radar British horse.... and given connections, that's what he'll be, I think.

Of course there are always trends busters, impossible for there not to be, the publication would have been released before Pentland Hills Triumph win.
What this publication was attempting to do was highlight how the different physicalities of horses suit some courses more than others and horses who perform well at flat right handed tracks are unlikely to have what’s needed to win at Cheltenham.
Worth noting that the likes of Plumpton won’t see many Cheltenham calibre horses which can always skewer the stats, same can also be said of the other tracks I guess…

I think it's more the fact that a lower class of horses run at those tracks. Most of the time.
                        Not much more to it.

                          Oh yeah, forgot about him.
And of course Plumpton have had the bonus, not sure if they still have?

No doubt tracks like Taunton will have less Cheltenham horses running there, but if an outfit like the Skeltons think today was right for his preparation, I ain’t arguing!!

Absolutely....until fairly recently the calibre of horses running at plumpton has been pretty low. More recently the level has improved, with the bonus race intitiative and being an undulating tight left handed track it has more in common with Cheltenham than many courses. Shishkin obviously busted the trend for Huntingdon so the likes of Wonderwall or Elle Est Belle if they run can also have hope.

Would prefer to see him campaigned like when he knows he has a good'un though? Like with Allmankind?

Probably, but he’s came out late for whatever reason, and this is where we are.
Hes interesting, and could be anything.
                                That’s it really.
Ive parted with some cash to find out how good he is, others won’t and I totally understand that.
