2022 Triumph Hurdle

The Tide Turns 50/1, could be worth getting on side for this race, before he runs tomorrow.
He has been extremely well backed ahead of his hurdles debut in the first at Punchestown.
I remember Gordon saying, after one of Fil Dors wins, that they had some nice ones at home, but besides Fil Dor & Pied Piper, who are under the same ownership anyway, we haven't seen much else and given the market support for The Tide Turns tomorrow, may we end up seeing one of these tomorrow? It's surely possible.
It will take a fair performance from him against more experienced rivals.
His sire has already produced both Allmankind & Tritonic who were both smart juveniles, so there's a possibility that level of progeny could be continued here.
Given it is his hurdles debut with only 8 weeks until the festival I'd say there is next to no chance they'll be able to run him 3 times to achieve a handicap mark for the Boodles, so the Triumph looks the obvious play, provided he is actually good enough, which we'll know more about, tomorrow.

Everyone seems sure Vauban beats Pied Piper if/when they meet again? Or have most people covered both of them.
Same connections as the fav holding PP price up a bit I suspect. Unless people think he really could go Boodles?

I have both covered and think they offer very good value at current prices. On what I've seen, and discounting ITW given the injury, I'd have them both in second favouritism behind Fil Dor. Others with more knowledge than me seem to think Fil Dor might struggle on anything with 'good' in the going so even more value on that basis.

For all we know Fil Dor could go Boodles if Pied Piper appears the better of the 2. He has had 3 runs and likely a 4th run, Elliott looked as though he was contemplating sending Quilixious to the Boodles before moving stables so it could be an option.
Vauban seems to be very highly thought of and looking at the Spring Juvenile the bookies are predicting a reverse in the from with Pied Piper, but I’d say it’s very close between the 2 on what we know.
