Ratings this year are quite low and not sure anything of note....copmpared even to last year
Think highest is Brandy Love at RPR 134
To put that in context, TSMG had run a 137 already by the stage and didn't was still backable at 20-25s in NRNB as one nobody even looked at
Willie has an absolute stack of Mares that could step up - Take Tea, Brooklyn Glory and many others that could improve......would look hard at anything longer-priced for Mullins and maybe Henry when entries come in, specially once we are NRNB....prob be some great value

[QUOTE=FinalFurlong91;n349574]Most of the mullins mares have only run once because of the late start for willie so not had the chance to post decent figures yet tbf
The market hasn't really formed in this race yet[/QUOTE
Was same situation 2-3 years ago.....when 2 rank outsiders fought out finish....both Mullins
On day, i backed everything of his that was long-priced for exactly this reason......was a fun finish ....every dog has his day and finally got a strategy right
Think same applies from NRNB onwards......get the forgotten ones in book....we all know Mullins can prep one even if not run

Reason i call it out, is it feels similar this year as FF says.....firmer ground and so Mullins hasn't run much
Get on all his over-priced ones is my advice......that finish was hilarious if you had both.....uttter silence in stands apart from muggins ....sure i had about 150s or something silly
Think DRF will sort it out more.....but Mullins appears to have loads....and not much between them....so getting onside several at v long prices, once NRNB opens seems like a play and then top up on any miss on day

I think knowing the types WPM wins this with is why I’ve favoured Allegorie so far. Add to that the experience she’ll bring to the race, if she wins and wins we’ll at the weekend she could be another to easily carry the 5lbs penalty imo.

I'm surprised Statuaire isn't more popular @ 10/1. For me thats the value. Grade 1 winner who has beaten a subsequent Grade 1 winner, so form looks good despite the depth of that win being a little questionable. Entered against the boys over Xmas which I don't mind at all, and she's a French recruit with three 1's next to her name for a trainer who is 5 from 6 in this race. If I could only back one now I'd have Statuiare at 10's over the current 9/2 fav.
