Interesting to see how Belle Metal gets on this weekend
I know some including myself had her on the shortlist for this
Her first run was almost too bad to be true and the Jockey reported the horse made a noise in running
Hoping 33s is an overreaction and she bounces back
I was big on her before the season, and it was good to hear there was a reason for her underperforming last time out.
My concern with her is that she already needs the trip of Saturdays race, and dropping back down to 2 miles for the MNH will be too sharp for her.
Nurse Susan disappointing today. May have met a decent one but her chances in this don't look good now. Line through her I'd say unless there were excuses.

Looked to be travelling very sweetly all the way round but then seemed to empty to my eye. Cashed out immediately
Belle Metal running tomorrow, on the subject of those willing to forgive a bad run
2m 4f though, so probably not one for this race. Especially if she jumps as poorly as last time.
Never was convinced by her, but most of the comments from her runs last year were "stamina"- if she wins well tomorrow, i'm sure they'll probably want to run her at the festival, but maybe Fairyhouse will be more her bag.
Strange move on a Sunday evening. Maybe something creeping out of Willie's camp as Glens of Antrim and Statuaire showing red?
Wondered if Glens of Antrim might be one for a handicap? Got +1 by HRI for collateral this week so now 129. Add Irish tax and she might sneak into a Coral Cup / County Hurdle off a featherweight...
There seems to be, before this downward spiral in the price, more interest in Allegorie de Vassey, than Willie's other potentials for this race, Brandy Love and Grangee, even though both were impressive.
Belle Metal failing again must mean she won't be coming over, so it could just be that factored in as well.
At this point, apart from the market, it's hard to split the Mullins mares, based on just the single run for each.
