Get my drift is on my short list too Spectre...always interesting when mouse keeps a horse back for a second season over hurdles, has good form behind the likes of el barra, Gdc and sea dacor...his jumping is very good. Didnt quite stay for me when he tried 2m4f last year..going to pick something up over 2m's for sure.

I will try and do some digging

      • "She made a really pleasing debut over hurdles at Uttoxeter last Friday and still showed signs of experience – running around when she hit the front. She pleased us with how she won and it will be a case of getting more experience under her belt. If she can go in again under a penalty then we can hopefully look to raise her sights thereafter"

Quote from the stable tour which makes me a tad concerned about not seeing her out again

could have been a very decent race last year with tellmesomething and magic daze in front of her
Was just wondering this myself. Hopefully she will get an entry in the Mares Handicap at the DRF

I'm hoping for this as I thought this may be a target, with or without a prep.
If not entered I think I'll cash if available.
But with her having a longish flat campaign and season before that, it looked likely she would not be seen till late.
            So not worried just yet.

            • Is there something I'm missing on Allegorie de Vassy? My cashout with 365 has gone up a bit since yesterday.

They've just noticed Mullins other 6 runners in the race with equal chances

I think they've nudged it in line with other bookies. I have a bet on 365 for a mate and his cashout has gone up quite noticeably.

                    • Not backed a Mullins horse in this as there seemed to be so many likely to run this year.
however after seeing most run I’d like to have backed
                      Brandy love
                      dinoblue

but will have to wait till the solerina before betting

I managed to stop Willie from winning this last year , Backed all of his runners on the day .
With Hook Up my main A/P. bet .... got in early on Brandy Love this time , and Grangee.
Hopefully history won't repeat itself this time round..

                        • Does anyone else feel that out of all of the Mullins Horses at the head of the market, is Glens of Antrim being a little over looked. I know that Concertista is a better horse who went back to this race and won, but should that extra years experience count in a race like this and are the horses in front of her in the market really that much better than her?

Has anyone else backed her each way or happy to leave her be?

                          Allegarie De Vassey 6/1
                          Brandy Love 8/1
                          Dinoblue 8/1
                          Statuaire 9/1
                          Grangee 10/1
                          Glens of Antrim 16/1

I backed her at the start of the season (33's) basically off the back of the fact that Willie always gushes about her and she would have that extra year's experience. He name checked her on the Thursday last year when asked who he fancied in the MNH, similar to his pre-race comments on Allaho. She obv didn't oblige...

My main concern is whether the trip is a bit short for her, winning over 2m4f on the heavy Limerick ground at Xmas has only added to this. However, I cling in hope that if she is entered then the cards could fall right and the race be run to suit her with a staying on finish. If I was starting now I probably wouldn't bet on her though.

She'll be a player for sure, but there are at least a dozen I can think of that will be aimed here, that are better than their marks.
I think Heaven Help us is back down to 140 in Ireland and wouldn't surprise me if she ran as well.
