I haven't yet. Need to look at his runs again last year but I'd imagine I'll put a small bet on and see how he gets on.

I’ve only backed him for the Arkle so far

      • Bookies on the ball again! Cash out for My Drogo bets gone.

EDIT - There's bound to be an ew player in there somewhere! Most the top end behind Bob likely to go elsewhere, but maybe few trainers/connections might change their minds?

Said this after his debut, but Blue Lord looks an absolute EW steal for this race right now, you can still get 28s in the odd place, 25s Lads and 20s-14s elsewhere. With Fernys performance yesterday, it makes BL more likely to be upped in trip for this race and I couldn't have him out the places with what is likely to be a very average race barring Bob Olinger.

          • Thats such a shame about My Drago, both for connections and the Festival.
I love the build up to March, but it does have its downsides!!

Yup. Looking through the top of the market, you have Bob. Then BMG, Klassical Dream, GDC, Ferny, Beacons Edge, and L’homme press, the only other ones sub 20/1. Out of those, do any come here? I don’t think so. Maybe LP, but he looked like he’d be better for further too.

              • Laddies and Coral are still 33s at the moment, looks great value for Blue Lord

I am waiting for NRNB, shorter price of course, but i imagine BOB 0 would make sure BL would be a working mans price still.
Plus hes gone back in trip.

                  • Such a shame for My Drogo and I had him EW at big prices too. I'm surprised Bob is not odds on yet from the way the bookies behave these days. I don't think Blue Lord will come here so have topped up on Gaillard Du Mesnil at 33s as thought he jumped well enough on his debut and am hoping he just needed the run so will watch his next start with interest.

It could be dusart if nicky ever manages to get him to the track

Starting to assume now hes injured

                      • Lifetime Ambition can stake his claims again by getting back on track with another impressive win this week.

                        • Plenty improvement and polishing to be had but looked decent and looked to have plenty left in him.

                          • 365 go 16s after that. I think that’s fair. Was impressed with that run.

I guess going off the trends with Willie only sending 1 to the Arkle, Haut en Couleurs may be in this category

I hope not. I backed him for the arkle and I couldn't get on him anywhere before he ran today for this race! But its a possibility I will prob kick myself if dont try and get him onside here too!
