This could be another potential race for Jungle Boogie if Mullins copies the Energumene way of going chasing after one hurdles run. Even moreso in light of the James du Berlais news. I know I'm unlikely to get much support on this one but I'll certainly be tracking Jungle Boogie and comparing with the race diaries etc.

Call me crazy, but I think Appreciate It will end up here, and Ferny will go to the Arkle.
(Not that crazy when you can only get 7/1 and it hasn't jumped a fence yet)
The same way I think Kilkruit will run in the supreme and Sir gerhard will run in the ballymore.
Although Appreciate It destroyed everything it faced last season, I think his Supreme win was very flattering as he faced nothing on the day. I think the extended trip will help, and he'll win it in similar style to allaho winning last year's Ryan Air, a relentless gallop.

I suspect however they’ll keep Appreciate It to 2 miles until he loses. And whilst it’s a much more minor point Ferny did beat Bob last year (albeit Bob improved and Ferny’s had a year out) so that might be in the back of their minds…Luck is a dividend of sweat. The more I sweat, the luckier I get.

He had a little bit of an injury at the end of last year. He's come back this year really well. I worked him this morning and was very happy with him; his first piece of work. He probably won't be out for about three, three and a half weeks. We're going to go chasing with him this year and I think he could be quite exciting. He's a lovely athletic jumper and very much looking forward to hopefully having a good season with him. We might start him off over two but I think he's definitely two and a half plus."

Grand Paradis seemed to come there on the bridle and seemed to just blow up. After that he was never catching the winner. Looked a decent pace they went as well.
Had jumped well until he pecked on landing. Not ideal but won’t right him off after that.
