Looks like it will be a walk in the park for him that race. He will go off very very short I would suspect

          • American Mike wins as easy as you'd hope at 1/7.

It would have been nice if Codd had pushed the button just to see him extend.

              • Looks like there's a world of a horse still underneath the jockey. The rumours that Gordon likes him as much he did Envoi his bumper year might have some merit.

                • …American Mike a best price 3-1 for this after that win.

                  • Rocket! Enroute to cheltenham it is if going sir Gerhard route

                    • Bookmakers tightening up a point, from 4s to 3, after a facile win at 1/8, is very reflective of firms' caution this year. Not giving an inch.

                      • Just curious, anyone recall what price Sir Gerhard/Kilcruit were this time last year?

                          • Mullins will need a very, very good one indeed to give AM a race if the time of that race is correct and he wasn't really extended. Hopefully goes to the DRF and something can give him a race

I reckon SG was around 10/3 and Kilcruit was still 14s or even bigger. His price held until his demolition job in February

Thanks, so not all that dissimilar to where we are now, if a little tighter on AM.
