Facile Vega was awesome to watch. It looked a very competitive race but I thought he was my best bumper horse this year, then when I looked at the opposition before the race I saw there were some really good horses and some real confidence behind them as well, but seeing what he did to them was incredible. It was as if he’d just jumped in around the last bend and once he opened up he was off. He could be anything in the future. IT’ll be Cheltenham next stop, all being well.
Has anyone heard anything about Dancing City for Willie? Seen a few people mention now he’s supposed to be a weapon. He runs on Sunday and allegedly comes here after… 33/1 with Ladbrokes 20s elsewhere could look big if he bolts up.

Won his point well but his breeding is very ordinary. Would be interesting to see how he gets on against Kansas City Star.
Just been listening to Let's Talk Racing podcast and Josh says that there was a schooling race in Fairyhouse last week in which Flooring Porter was in the same race as American Mike. He says that Flooring Porter won by a length, and that Flooring Porter was driven out but American Mike wasn't pushed out at all as Codd was teaching him to travel upsides a horse. Be some race with Facile Vega if this is true. Related double anyone?

If it was over two miles or shorter then it would be tough to take it too literally. Also, both horses could be at different stages of their prep too. Lastly, without seeing an actual clip, it’s hard to know how hard FP was driven out as I doubt they’d have been flogging him either.
