This Energumene things absolutely stinks. Some 'well informed' people were put away and believed it to be true, and lots of people bailed on the back of it. Someone somewhere profited from this, and the Exchange should be scrutinising accounts. There is a very dirty smell all around this.

Someone last night managed to back Energumene at 20/1, about an 11/4 shot, I wouldn't mind knowing who snapped that up...

I spotted it about 5-45 and cashed a 12-1 B365 antepost bet then put something up at 20-1 on exchange.
went for my tea, and when I come back it had settled. So it's profit anyway.
I'll leave it, as it's not much and I've 8 times as much on at the 9-2 the bookies drifted it too.

Believed that Energumene was out of the Festival.

I was told by a very reliable source that it was true. One that is never wrong. I would never post that information on here unless it was in the public domain though.

In other words the 'right people' were put away with this.
