After Vaniller's recent win, Cromwell said he's a dour stayer and mentioned the two staying novice chases at Leopardstown and Limerick this Christmas.
Maybe those targets might mean something to somebody on here in terms of race planning as to what might be the festival target?
Personally have him down for NHC rather than BANC at the moment, given the way he was headed in his recent win then outstayed the others

Limerick Grade 1 - 2M3.5F
Leopardstown Grade 1 - 3M
I think its unlikely he runs at Limerick."Journeys to Glory, breathing in his head".

The Limerick race may not be a staying distance but it has produced winners and placed horses who were good stayers; Sir Des Champs, Colreevy, Bellshill, maybe Janidil this year.
Be interested to know what the pecking order is between Vanillier and Gabynako at Gavin's.
