Jessie also stinking the place out with no winners for a while now so stable is not in same form either.
Wouldn't be going in again on Lifetime Ambition now but happy to hold current bets as they are. There's a shit ton of horses still to come out so early days still.

Lucinda Russell just on RacingTV now reiterating that options are open over Christmas (only thing she really let on is that they are highly unlikely to be dropping him in trip, she says he's definitely a stayer) and that the main aim is Cheltenham in March. She didn't mention the actual target this time but at least we know it's definitely the plan to head to the right course!

Definitely here for Ahoy Senor....
Lucinda today......
“Perhaps one or, ideally, two more starts should hopefully provide the perfect preparation for Cheltenham. The Brown Advisory Novices’ Chase is what we can start working back from.”

It was interesting what gavin lynch said about ahoy senor.
he spent a few minutes spouting chapter and verse about how fast his time was in comparison to 2 milers and the rest of that days card then suggested he’d get done for toe vs brave mans game at kempton !
funny how opinions differ as I’m convinced he’d beat him and that was without the clock information.
Aintree's sharp enough also and Ahoy mullered BMG there.
anyway they seem to be looking at other races now.
most people including lynch also seemed to ignore his habit of jumping right which for someone who doesn’t get too put off by this sort of thing, found it noticeable. And to me enhanced his performance a bit.
it will be interesting if he does it again at Warwick or lingfieldLast edited by Quevega; 1 December 2021, 05:51 PM.
