Hello Fat Jockeys,

Upgrading the Fat Jockey forum!: https://www.crowdfunder.co.uk/p/fatjockeyforum

We're looking to upgrade the 'hosting CPU' so I've set up a crowdfunding project.

I would love it if you could donate using the link below to access my project page. Any contribution large or small will be hugely appreciated. Thank you.

I'll be surprised if they go Bartlett, regardless of the ground. He's won a key Ballymore trial, never raced beyond 2m4f, it would be most un-Gordon-like to suddenly say 'here you go mate, have a crack at 3m'.

Before the p2p is pointed out, these are generally an absolute ton less weaker than a G1 at the Cheltenham Festival.

Jamie Codd couldn't have been more positive about Ginto for this race, which, being a Gordo horse, is hardly surprising, but not a mention of him going for the Bartlett, that I recall.

    • Cheers COD. It was just that Gordon mentioned it that I brought it up.

Reading his latest Stable Tour he says they are just waiting on the ground but it does sound like the Ballymore is the preferred route and with the ground currently soft the Wednesday race looks to be where he'll go

Yeah, had heard Gordon mention it too, tbf. Just thinking he also has a load of alternatives for that race, including the current favourite in the market. Would be a big shock to me if Ginto didn't come here.

Gordon said on a preview last night he wants to send him to the Ballymore

          • Something I can't validate but I feel like after Death Duty, Gordon has tended to send anything with a bit of "class" to the Ballymore, and gone with more hardened stayers for the AB. So Ginto Ballymore and Hollow Games to the AB makes a lot of sense in that context (that I may have made up)

            • Agree Robith. His better ones do end up in the Ballymore. Samcro, Envoi most recently

I'll remove myself for 24 hours. Worth it though.

Wouldn't surprise me..... him missing that engagement was a big red flag.

Looks like no harm done for anyone though.

                      • Little worry that Dysart Dynamo isn't particularly strong in the market for either race on the exchange?

worth noting that was recorded a good few days ago, before the exchange moves, although they seem to have petered out a little
