He has Kilcruit and state man with major issues.
    He has a few mares.
He has Sir Gerhard who has only won a maiden and the bumper form now not looking that great. It's not bad, but it's not red hot, and they all look short of graded level to me.
He has the chevely park horses that we haven't seen yet.
Hubrisko starts at 2 miles 4furlongs.
    Whatdeawant in the lawlors.

He cannot be too sure of his pecking order for either race just yet.
So I think he's most likely to run his supreme and potential ballymore horses over 2m next, and the ballymore and potential bartlett horses over the 2m 6f. In Dublin.
To be honest it’s more Gordon’s horses that interest me. Does Gerri Colombe come here? And how does he split up Ginto & Hollow Games?

Dysart Dynamo is the only Willie horse I currently have an interest in for this race.

Same, DD for me aswell, maybe tolworth a option. Yorkhill route.

I'm not one to make a book have left race alone for now.

      • There’s also a small interest in Nickle Back to throw into the mix, but not heard anything about him for a while? What’s the plan with him?

Seems to be going under the radar and probably the best this side of the Irish Sea for this.
The Challow winner has never won this, might as well not bother even turning up

Willie mentioned a trip as he needed to settle, but a strong pace would also help this.
            With him missing the lawlor's.
There is no real grade 1 or grade 2 novice hurdles left over further than 2m, except the 2m 6f at Dublin.
I'd say he would be more likely to run in the Moscow Flyer or the 2 mile race at Dublin.

Don't get me wrong he could go for the 2m 6f race though.
I think Willie will be running 3 or 4 in both races in Dublin.
I think he ran 6 in the 2 mile race last year.
With Kilcruit flopping I think the case for Dysart being the Ballymore horse is titanium plated with it being iron clad prior to the run. If I got wind Gerri Colombe was not running here I'd cash out and put it all on DD.

What race do you think he'll run in next then ?
              the 2m 6f at Dublin ?

              • I am in the Dysart Dynano Ballymore camp although one I had as a speculative Supreme bet, Hubrisko, is declared over 2m4f this Saturday. He could end up absolutely anywhere including handicaps but Hubrisko was entered in the Lawlors at one point and is well regarded, he could possibly be another Ballymore horse for Willie?

When are Tolworth entries out? Possible he could go for that, the Yorkhill route, if you like. Though he would need a 2m4f+ race prior to the festival as it would be massively unlike Willie not to have tried him over further prior to racing in the Ballymore.

If he wins the tolworth beating constitution hill
id say he’s more likely supreme
but would depend on how willies 2 milers get on in Dublin

Yep possibly, but he has Sir G in supreme and maybe Classic Getaway as he's entered same race asterion forlonge won before heading supreme route. Left field I know, just something glive noticed.

I think DD could go either route.

We have to assume GC and JWM willl be split up so I think they work back from identifying which race suits a particular horse.
After watching his run yesterday I'm of the opinion JWM could win either the Ballymore or Potato race, so I think he will go wherever GC doesn't, In other words, if Gerri has the speed and gear change for a Ballymore and they think that race will suit him better than the Potato then the decision is made.
As for Ginto, I could easily be wrong but I'd have him third in the pecking order behind those two and it wouldn't have been the biggest shock to me if Elliott had found a Pertemps qualifier for him but the run of Eric Bloodaxe the other day has probably given the game away as to Ginto's abilities and of course being owned by the Morans they may well want their horse aimed higher than a handicap.
IT's a nice problem for Elliott to have but a real headscratch for us...

JWM is with Henry. Sorry if you knew this just didn’t come across in your post.

Even more of a head scratcher tho as there’s more moving parts. You add on Hollow Games and you have four horses from two owner’s with two trainers. Work that one out.

I think with Robcour there appears to be a pecking order. JWM will go where he’s best suited and GC to the other race.

More difficult with the Moran’s two as they both seem to be highly regarded and performant … thus the huge intrigue to the Lawlors for me!!
