Ladbrokes have adjusted to 6/1 now too just got the email

    • They just emailed me about it and changed the odds on my bet instead of voiding it

      • Was always going to happen, not worth risking the account imo..

        • Yes, and I made the double error of cashing my first bet on him out for profit. So I'll have to sit and suffer now should he turn up for the Ballymore, and hope he goes Bartlett regardless now. I don't want no 6/1 bet about him.

          • People might curse how open this race is, but it's infinitely more interesting than more recent years! 679 responses on last years thread and we've already doubled that and it's not even February. Lots more to discuss, debate, far more open. Might be harder to solve (and a fucking nightmare for those making a book), but I for one am really enjoying it and it will be fascinating to see how everything unfolds. Could post the exact same in the Supreme thread. More posts, infinitely more opposition, some proper potential tools, its just great for the sport it really is.

Update: Just managed to get it voided through the live chat, basically told them either my bet be reinstated at 25/1 or voided and they went with the latter

              • Never worth placing bets like that because even if they aren't voided straight away, you'll only be worrying about them right up until the point they lose !

                • As the instigator of all of this I feel I owe everybody an apology.

                  • No apology needed Rooster, I don’t have either of those accounts, so no interest for me, but as always it’s up to other people what they want to back, you are only relaying some info.

                          • It's a proper 'wrong un' move to adjust to proper price rather than void imo (I didn't as my coral account already gubbed so I sacked it off ages ago).

                            • Managed to get mine voided so no harm done. Stuck the stake on a stupid rollup as one last throw of the dice to get DD on for the supreme. After that win or lose im done with the Supreme/Ballymore (Insert Pinocchio smiley).
