Naas and Navan are perfect courses for Cheltenham build up races

LD did make a mistake at 2 out though, however you could argue DD had little competition once he'd sprung clear. They were very similar from 3 out to 1 out. So yeah differently run races and can read it a whole host of ways, which I guess is why times aren't everything but can give you a clue
Double D's did win easing up with his head in his chest though so you could probably knock another 5 seconds minimum off his time if he was pushed out.

Bit wobbly and big first time out, hopefully bounces out in March. The harder they go, the better I say

        • Sean Quinlan talks up Ginto - Says he was the most impressive winner at the weekend which is a statement considering those that ran . Seemed to think it would go here.

Hopefully you're right, but 5secs equates to about 20 more lengths...that would probably have produced a figure unseen as a novice debutant?? Even with Lucky Tenner being poor

Think I’ll cashout and wait to see an entry at this point. All Gordon’s that will go down the graded route would have typically been out by now in any case, you’d be slightly concerned the fact he got a handful entries back on late oct/early nov, then not a peep since

I’ve just done this. Was going to hold off but with it being with PP and cashout gone at Xmas you’d need a run in the next fortnight and hope for some post race comments.

He’s still 33/1 with bet 365 so can always go back in, although not as big a price as PP initially had.

Last season they were on Racing TV news feed on a Friday.

So if not tomorrow, then likely Friday.

No Grangeclare West......could he be heading to the Bumper Mr Thompson??

                              • Do we think Grangeclare West is injured then as not entered in that Lawlors but had been having entries the other week for Irish races? Classic Getaway is entered but not GW.
