      • No surprise. Expect more non runners during the morning. It was already heavy ground and the course has had 7mm of further rain overnight.

        • In Ireland (and maybe in racing in general), 99% is nowhere near 100%.

            • It's so odd to be so happy a horse isn't running
              Great morning.

              • Everytime you pay for an extra bag, legroom or even to use the toilet with Ryanair…..remember how much they pay in entry fees to never run….baffles me!

Still, as with most I’m delighted RWF is a NR….now let’s hope he rocks up here, though I’m still a little pessimistic he will

                • Its got to be a worry for anything running in that race today with Cheltenham in mind. Competitive 3 mile slog in heavy ground 3 weeks before the Festival.

In Irish trainerspeak it means he's agreed to ride Vanillier unless he gets a better offer. Might be one of the favourites or it might be a package deal for all the amateur rider races. If he'd simply agreed to take the ride, he wouldn't have said 99%.

To answer the question, no it's not nearer than 98% in Irish trainerspeak. He could have said 90%, 95%, 98% or 99% and it would mean exactly the same thing.

Him and Jack were suspended at the weekend so just available now. Nothing to read into it
