Wouldn't surprise me if the first string for Giggi in the National was Farclas tbh - 5th last year. Then they've got Samcro who has been campaigned in an interesting manner over the last two years. I'm definitely worried about Fred's NH chances atm, but there are also other options for Giggi so all may not be lost. Don't they also have Coko Beach entered - with all THREE lower in the weights than Fred?

…..looked at the previous 10 winners of this race to determine gap to their previous run;
Galvin 144 days
Ravenhill 107 days
Le Breuil 52 days
Rathvinden 37 days
Tiger Roll 134 days
Minella Rocco 24 days (ran at Ascot meeting)
Cause of causes 47 days
Midnight Prayer 31 days
Back in Focus 75 days
Teaforthree 18 days
A bit of a mixed bag, probably a pointless bit of analysis.Last edited by Eggs; 20 February 2022, 12:56 PM.
