All bluff, bluster, hot air, and amateur musings - will find out Sunday!

For what it's worth, I'll also be finding my jaw in that event, buy would be wrong not to give it a fleeting thought before the race. Roll on Sunday to find out

Seems logical to me. He only unseated didn't he? So should be fine to go again soon. Hopefully he wins easily and comes here.

Yeah and very early on so hardly did much.

So that would leave only GDC as the horse for the Browns

              • Capo may well run in the ten up next, but it’s a race in its own right not limited to a NHC qualifier! If capo was earmarked for the rsa that unseat won’t have altered the plan.

                • Anyone think Jungle Boogie could come here or will he go to one of the shorter chases?

Looks very talented but with 3 runs in 3 seasons is obviously fragile.

                  • Id say there's almost no chance he'd run here

Willie has so many novice chasers id say at least one will skip Cheltenham and run in the grade 1 at fairyhouse

I wouldnt be surprised if that was jungle boogie

                    • Really hoping PN and the McNeils bottle the RSA with Threeunderthrufive and come here. I think he'd have a real chance in this here.

It’s certainly the race he has a more realistic chance in, and also the one I feel would suit him the best.

It really is a curious decision to go to the BANC, even more so to nail their colours to the mast so early.

Not exactly confirming the RSA, but The McNeill Family didn't put someone right when they suggested TUTF was going to the RSA on Twitter. So still seems to be the plan. Was in response to the McNeill Family suggesting GDC to the Marsh.

As mentioned before its all down to Adrien Heskin getting the ride. He has been retained jockey for them for a while and they have a great relationship. So to give him a ride in a G1 ride at Cheltenham is a reward to him instead of giving it to an amateur in the NHC

Yeah I’ve heard that on here previously, but surely you run your horse in the race it’s got the best chance of winning over a goodwill gesture to your retained jockey?

Heskin would be able to understand that wouldn’t he?

All depends why you are in the sport and the relationship with heskin, waley Cohen new long runs chances would have improved had he not been riden by his son but it wouldn’t have meant half as much to him. Maybe heskin is that close to the McNeil family that a grade 2 wouldn’t mean half as much as winning a grade 1 with him on even if it’s less chance of happening? Or any winner at Cheltenham for that matter
