Hello Fat Jockeys,

We're looking to upgrade the 'hosting CPU' so I've set up a crowdfunding project.

I would love it if you could donate using the link below to access my project page. Any contribution large or small will be hugely appreciated. Thank you.

  • Agree with the above but have to say that was impressive by Martello she looked like she was in trouble down the back but kept finding and won impressively. Has course form this season too. She’s flew well under the radar due to who trains her.

Managed to cash Gauloise, 365 hadn’t blacked her out, can always go back in. She was always going to blow up on that ground today imo. Happy to give her another chance but she may need time to recover from that.

    • Gauloise hated every second of that. She has had an injury which has kept her out until this point so she can be excused one bad run on that ground . Thought she'd go shorter today as well so that is probably an indication that they didn't expect her to be 100%. Let's see what she does next time.

      • The winner always had it in hand, but also a fine run from the second Anythingforlove. Certainly more races in her while the mud is flying.

        • I think indefatigable is overpriced for the mares. She’s loves Cheltenham and the 3 horses that beat her last year aren’t in a weaker looking race this year. She holds Martello sky at the weights on their recent run, and Martello is nearly half the price. In saying all that it’s beginning to look like tellmesomethinggirls race to lose

I think Concertista running here took another inch closer.
            But I agree.
The race should be set up perfectly for Tellmesomethinggirl.
Any decent NRNB prices on her and I'll have my main bet on her.

            • You'd think she won't come here now and go for the race at Punchestown. Would suit her much more with it right handed and she looked like she hated Cheltenham last year.

And out of nowhere after looking poor earlier in the season Burning Victory is Willies number 1

Guess which muggy punter had 2pts ew on her at 33-1 before she ran in the Cesarevitch ?
And since cashed it out ?

Haha I did exactly the same with my 33/1 bet after she flopped in the 3m handicap

Looking more and more like Telmesomethinggirl's to lose now doesn't it. Everything else falling by the way side.

                    • TMSG and BV happy after that....hope it stays that way

Concertista could be the one that comes back and spoils that, but she's very beatable as we've found out on a few occasions.

I did the same with Burning Victory and Heaven Help Us both at 33/1 so I might be just ahead in the Mares Hurdle 2022 mongy cashout awards

Martello Sky did very well today to win given how she lost her position a few times but battled on in tough conditions to win and carried on well to the line. She’s a very tough mare and I’m surprised she’s still a double figure price for the mares hurdle.
Gauloise was very disappointing, I was expecting her to win especially after being backed up until the off. I’m not sure if anything has come out after to explain her disappointing performance but I fear it maybe another Mullins horse that struggles with the journey over as she’s under performed twice on visiting England.

Amen. It does feel like the forum has this race by the bollocks, which is ironic given its a mares race

I feel for SWIW backers because thats just bad luck, but christ, luck has been on the side of the forum. Both HHU and BV are as short as 7's and 8's now having both been widely discussed and backed @ 33's, and TMSG was the double figure 'no brainer' price that we've discussed for months, and is now fav and 6/1.

Lots can go wrong between now and March, but a hell of a lot has gone right so far!

All of this for Concertista to revert to hurdles in March! Albeit that will be one of my first NRNB bets
