Message from one of the owners of SWIW in a group im in "We think swiw will be ok. Our bad luck with our charges continues. They did not have that hurdle in the race before. Some idiot decided to add back and not properly, she has jumped the shadow and bashed her head. Jockey so confident she would still win, did not pull up when he should have. Hopefully its a bad cut on her head and she will be back one day."

1235 - no home straight jump (Hurdle)
1310 - home straight jump (Hurdle), SWIW makes horrible error
1345 - no home straight jump (Chase)
I don't usually care with hurdles/fences are removed or not, but I can't believe conditions changed that much between races from TV viewing so it smacks of poor decision making by officials to me...

Agreed that a Flemensfirth might prefer soft ground but her form on g/s is perfectly acceptable and her shrewd trainer feels she will come on for the run.
