Quite like the idea of going for the ones with definite targets and staying away from ones we have already included in previous yankees.

Off the top of my head, all of these are pretty nailed on for their targets and all double figure prices:

• Latest Exhibition (Stayers)
• Third Time Lucki (Arkle)
• Epatante (Champion Hurdle)
• Balko Des Flos (X Country)

Not quite double figures but I agree that Telmesomethinggirl (Mares) is a reasonable enough price at 8s.

Right, the two that I will go for are:
Third Time Lucki - Arkle - Very impressive CD debut and something similar next time should see him go single figures. I don't think the Supreme hurdle was any good last year at all aside from the winner. Looks like it could be an uncompetitive division with a small field quite likely.
Looking at Bet365, those ahead of him in the market are,
Appreciate It - rightful favourite
Bob Olinger - Not going here
Ferny Hollow - Unsure where he'll end up. Difficult to know how good he is and been off injured for a year.
My Drogo - Surely going to the Marsh and stablemate of my selection
Quilixios - Staying hurdling, 33/1 with BFSB/PP. Struggle to fancy a 5yo in this anyway

The chances are that only one of those 5 line up in the Arkle. Mullins only ever fires one dart at this, so that will be fav in all likelihood. Only takes a mistake or a fall and we're in business.

Second one I'm less certain on - Bravemansgame - RSA
Previously said that I don't rate the Supreme form, now I'm going to repeat the dose on the AB. I think that the Ballymore will prove to be the race to follow out of those three. The AB 2nd and 3rd were beaten by Bravemansgame at Aintree. The 6th has been beaten by Does He Know (Ballymore 5th) at Chepstow.
If I knew where Gaillard Du Mesnil was going (Stayer's/RSA), then he'd be my shout. Happy to switch it for GDM if anyone knows the plans.
