Can anyone confirm if they've removed cashout on bets placed before 10am today (12/1/21)
I’d say it’s likely they are in the process of doing this - I’ve lost the option for some but have cash out remaining on probably 40% of bets at the moment.
Cashouts gone for me on all but two selections in different races.
I'm sure they will mop that up shortly.
Did they ever put antepost Cashout back up at, say, the Final decs, if the horse is still in?
I'm not sure they did, as we probably wouldn't cashout that late on a runner anyway.
There's is a form of Cashout, not a pure one, so I've monitored my bets carefully with them because of that, and cashed out on some pre-New Year, in case they changed the NRNB date.
I didnt expect it to be a month earlier though, but Covid and the recent Irish horses travelling question has made it a sensible option to consider going NRNB earlier this year for bookmakers.
Interesting to see how Fred and Betfair will treat bets on the likes of Ferny Hollow should the Irish not travel.
Will they only refund on horses actually entered in the relevant race? What about races with supplementary entry stages? What if a travel ban came before the initial entry stage (unlikely as that hopefully is)?
Hoping that they will be generous and refund all bets on Irish horses but that is probably a tad optimistic

Based on entries at the time I would think
He wouldn't be there likely at the time if it was called off so no refund

I'd think they would return all bets including dead horses.
