He is certainly a god-send to those of us that take great notice of trainers Race Planning.

And he loves Cheltenham handicaps like no other trainer.

sky bet have gone 4/6 for her to retain the crown. I can only assume they've got a crystal ball.

I can see why she is a good favourite but that is just a joke

                    • Can finally start using her with free bets and roll-ups as no way was I risking anything at her price with the chance she went chasing.

I wouldn't hang about though. 9/4 may be in reverse if she gets there in the same form next March

You might well be right and if that 9/4 was with 365 I might just consider having my main investment now, but we’re still a hell of a long way out to be getting stuck into one at that price with the real stuff and no escape option. Hoping the 2s hold with PP for a while to get plenty of freebies on in the coming weeks.

I am never tempted into short-priced antepost singles, on jumps racing.

I recall having discussions last summer about 3/1 Epatante only being fair value, and not a betting medium for me.

Easysland, Chacun Pour Soi, Al Boum Photo and others, I treated the same too.

I love it when Champions turn up, Its going to be a much better race for having Honey in it again.
She is a worthy short priced fav.

                              • I think 3/1 about a horse of her quality (surely the best horse in training?) is very decent value especially when the target has always been pretty nailed on. Confirmed target is always the biggest plus imo. Yes, we all like taking bigger odds about festival horses but they are only that price due to being of lesser quality or the target being up in the air or, most commonly, a mixture of both.
