Now I know he didn't beat much and he probably wont be contesting the major honors in any race at Cheltenham but that was one mighty performance by Nickle Back at Fontwell in a novice hurdle. Pulled like a train the whole way and was 20 lengths clear for most of the race. Won on the bridle by like 30 plus lengths after pulling that hard and with it chucking it down so surely the ground would be quick soft.
Came second on hurdle debut to Cadzand in March by a length, though was receiving 12 pounds
