So that's Grand Jury Supreme, Gerri Colombe Ballymore and Journey with Me Albert Patent then. Easy peasey.

He did win over 2m 2f on heavy ground. At that stage of his career, that would suggest a stayer to me. That said, who knows?

            • I'll believe they'll be the targets if all 3 of them become the solid favourites for each race, which I highly doubt. If JWM follows Bolinger and dominants 2.4, why an earth would they send him further..
I'd imagine they are the owners preference rather than HDB.

Me too. I'll cover for the AB too but keep faith in Henry de Bromhead going for the race he feels he has the best chance of winnings. Let's not forget he thought Bob Olinger was a Supreme horse until he stayed on in a close defeat to Ferny Hollow. Proof that his plans can change if it is indeed him who sees him as an Albert Bartlett sort.

Just coz he ran in the same bumper Bob did doesn’t mean he will emulate him. Watch JWM’s PTP back and he looks like hes gonna be stayer. Mahler produces stayers. Ballymore winners have real pacey finishes imo, was evident that Bob had that from his bumper, this lad looks totally different

Completely agree with the Above, he looks a galloping stayer to me, confident the AB will be his target. shocked hes bigger price for AB Then the ballymore. Just backed at 25s for the AB with CO option bet365. My two ante post darts for AB is journey with me & letsbeclearabout. Just hope kilcruit doesn’t turn up and Spoil the party

                      • To Henry the AB isn't a lower quality race than the other novices at Cheltenham, so I see no issue at all in him sending his best novice to this race. He's won this race once before and that was with a future Gold Cup winner

                        • Regardless what anyone says now, sensible to back for both Bally and Potato as hell be entered for every novice race and a Soft ground Fez will change everything.

Cheers Madmoose. Thanks for posting. So you have taken that info from Declan ? It's very specific i e. Actual targets rather than just Hurdling or chasing. Hugely helpful for punters.
