Very disappointing from Sir Gerhard there. By the same token, impressive from Kilcruit after a poor ride at Cheltenham.

The tearaway turned that into a real stamina test

No surprise to see kilcruit grind it out and outstay sir gerhard

I think 8s on sir g is fair. hes shown course form and he is really unlikely to run against kilcruit who seems to have an exceptional cruising speed

given he's close to same price as jonbon who has shown a lot less im happy to nibble at it

Spot on. Exactly the same as when Kilcruit won at Leopardstown. He needs a searching pace as he's a proper Stayer. SG just ran flat. Typical end of season run like several others this week.

The slow pace killed him at Cheltenham but agree, Jockey should have taken it up

Kilcruit could be more suited to the end to end gallop of a supreme rather than the sprint finish of a ballymore....thoughts?

Was there an end to end gallop in the supreme this year

Half the field pulled its chance away

Kilcruit looks slower than appreciate it to my eye

Id be surprised if he ended up there

But i backed appreciate it for the ballymore in singles and plenty of multis so what do i know haha

This years supreme was a poor renewal containing one quality horse. Generally the supreme is run at a fast end to end pace suiting stayers.

I think he would have been in the ballymore if ferny hollow hollow hadn't got injured.

On the presumption they all get there fit which didn't happen last year

I think kilcruit could win ballymore or supreme

I think sir gerhard could win the supreme

                        so my starting position

                        Sir gerhard supreme
                        Kilcruit ballymore

Grand Jury is a nice horse, my main Ballymore horse atm, he was good last day showing a nice turn of foot but it was 2m2f on heavy - i don’t think tomorrow will be his ideal trip/ground but hope he runs well. It’s a nice race too - Mullins horse could be anything

.....25-1 a stand-out with PP, generally 16-1 I’m bit surprised there wasn’t more of a reaction in the MNH market to Grangee’s win yesterday.

Not even close to the same performance by Sir Gerhard, yesterday.

Tactics seemed to be completely different, obviously a big difference between Rachael & Patrick anyway, but maybe it was always the plan! At least he's drifted a bit for the Supreme now.

Her run at Cheltenham was not very inspiring perhaps.
