Whilst those on Lieutenant Rocco had a blow with the news this morning, backers and followers of this thread will be significantly less unhappy.

I’m not advocating a win bet at current prices with the value long gone, but he looks like a great horse now as an anchor for each way doubles and trebles, so those who haven’t joined us yet might want to consider joining the party that way.

He has an outstanding chance (possibly still a shade better than his odds of 5/1), and assuming he has an uneventful passage it’s almost impossible to see him out of the places. I’d happily include him in multiples down to 7/2.
