....JoB indicating Fire Attack most likely for MP is interesting. I’ll throw that into the mix along with another of JoB’s, Darasso in the County.

I thought he was running a race when unseating in November and he was hampered, and I had a proper bet on him in the Betfair hurdle where he was tanking hitting the straight and looked to be coming there to challenge 2 out before blowing up, maybe in need of the race ?
He was looked after once his chance had gone.
Only dropped a pound sadly but there’ll be worse 33/1 shots next week in my opinion...

You might be right, it's hard to pick too many holes in a 33/1 shot! But he's definitely a bit of value. I remember watching him travelling in the Betfair after backing him the time before and thinking "oh for f**ks sake" Plenty of big price winners of this too. I guess after 3 months off after his UR is possibly a fair excuse to need a bit of race fitness?

Reasons for Cady Boy - JP McManus owed and similar prep to Saint Roi. He hasn’t’ ran since before Christmas and the last 5 winners of this race all had not been out since 01st January. Looking through the entries there is only a handful of horses that fit this trend:
                  • Entry NO. 5 - Coeur Sublime - is of interest dropping down to Handicap.
                  • 8 - Global Citzen
                  • 10 - Cayd Boy - main fancy - 5 hurdle races - won 2 & 2nd 3 times. I think this could be the JP “Saint Roi” gamble horse this year. Drop the Anchor has came out & franked the form by winning the Ladbrokes Hurdle at the DRF since finishing behind Cayd Boy. Still available at 25/1 with WH & 20/1 most NRMB bookies with 5 places available, looks a great horse to put into Handicap E/W multiples across the week.
                  • 15 - Zurekin
                  • 23 - Hannon
                  • 27 - Leoncavallo
                  • 35 - Foveros
                  • 52 - Oakley
                  • 79 - Enemy Coast Ahead
                  • 85 - Niblawi
So for the Day 4 E/W Yankee I am putting up Cayd Boy in the County (JP gamble horse )

Bob And Co would be one I'd want throwing in, instead of Billaway.

I think Billaway is a poor price at the moment?

No edge with the jockey at all now, doesn't jump well (not many of them do, I know).... but he also got beaten last year too.

He has claims to be in the mix, but I don't think he's a favourite that we need.... he's opposable at the price he is?

If he drifted 7/2 or bigger then it is more appealing, but not an inspiring selection is he?

Agreed he is a poor price, was just in the list because someone suggested him. I'd say Billaway deserves to be favourite but neither him or Bob and Co can jump particularly well. Bob does seem to have a big engine mind.

Personally I hate this race from a betting perspective so I'd be more than happy to ignore it for the purposes of this

                          you're the captain.
Strike if off the list if you want.
Most or the people commenting on here are clueless anyway

Include myself in that by the way (not really)

I agree, the foxhunters is a bit of a minefield. At the prices I think If it came to pass is the closest thing to value in the race but it maybe an easier race to dodge than include!

I had to back Chameron last night after hearing the Nicholls interview, delved into his form and although he wouldn’t be high on trends he beat Lord De Mesnil in France comfortably giving that one 8lb, he is rated 154 and was runner up in last years NH Chase, so the talent in there.
16/1 was as good as I could get but he has to be value and every chance of an extra place on the day...
