We're looking to upgrade the 'hosting CPU' so I've set up a crowdfunding project.
I would love it if you could donate using the link below to access my project page. Any contribution large or small will be hugely appreciated. Thank you.

It has to be in consideration, market certainly says so. The CH doesn’t look too strong especially in the absence of BVD. If Honeysuckles owners is still Kenneth Alexander then it should be of note he is a big gambler. Has to be factored in.
And he's probably had all of the 7's that Paddy Power were offering for the Mares. She is made for that race. 2 1/2 miles is her trip. Perfect for her. Ricci might be tempted with Benie though....he's done it before with a mare.

Yep that's true, but Mullins has KD, Saldier + Sharjah as bullets for an open Champion.
Henry and the owner have nothing currently. Will that count towards their decision? Who knows. A bit like Envoi's owners, we can't be certain what route they'd take as they haven't any previous!

Don’t get me wrong, Mares is more likely. I’d put it at 75/25.
I’ve been guilty of drawing lines through horses going to other races because it doesn’t suit my pocket and it’s a mistake. You are in a good position for the mares so at 10/1 I would protect your £100 stake on mares with a £10 stake on champion. Trip wise, horses that thrive over 2 1/2 do well in the champion hurdle because you need to be able to get up that hill.
What a days racing. I’m glad I nabbed Honeysuckle at 40’s for the CH a few days ago before she was slashed. I think she will be aimed at the Mares race myself this year. It’s still early doors for some horses in the CH market and I still think KD will improve and we’ve still not seen a few race yet like Pentland Hills

Proven course form v potential
Honeysuckle worthy adversary, for me BDD
Honeysuckle has raced under rules at Fairyhouse and once at Thurles which also has a steep uphill finish
In a v open Champion Hurdle ( perhaps not so open if KD settles and improves hurdling ? ) I’d be surprised if Honeysuckle goes CH but ....
I believe Lobos has covered his “ oner” in the Mares with a “ tenner” in CH
Personally I’d have had £50 ew in the Mares
Honeysuckle has yet to race left-handed, and she might not get the chance to do so at Christmas either as De Bromhead suggested she might skip Leopardstown, where she is in the two-mile and three-mile Grade 1s. He deflected the prospect of aiming her at the Irish Champion Hurdle, although he didn’t rule it out completely.
“The Mares’ Hurdle would obviously be high on our agenda at Cheltenham. Between now and then, we’ll have to see,” he said.
Think there is a very small chance Honey will go Champion which is why I covered her small stakes at 40's. Most likely a wasted punt though. As for Envoi, anyone who thinks he will go Champion Hurdle is completely wasting their time. Zero chance.

Don't need to, it's just ridiculous that anyone would think connections would send him down that route this season. I can't be the only one who thinks this surely ??

Investing a small stake at 40/1 to cover the only other race she can go to in order to protect a large lump is sensible betting, not wasted punting. Even more so when you factor in how highly you rate her. Re Envoi Allen, not a mare

Thank you. There are at least two sane people on here...phew.

She probably wont, but she could go for the stayers with a winning chance. You never know something might happen to paisley park, and she'd be around an even money shot.

I suppose it could happen but far too many ifs buts and maybes to give it any more than a moments thought. I was 75/25 on mares / champion (want her in champion). Putting the stayers into that equation I’d say 75/20/5.

Probably 98 1 1. In all reality. But hopefully a pleasant surprise. For competitions sake.
