That Sporting John result was good for Thyme Hill backers here. Doubt PH would send both Ballymore

Impossible to rule out.
Will have THE most experience, be THE most battle-harded, be THE highest rated **(total guess)
He has won on Good to Soft before, has a 2nd in Good ground.
It's not going to be any better than Good to Soft so I'm not going to use ground as an excuse.

And it's more than likely a truer reflection than the ratings given to the proper novices, given his overall form.

I think he's better than you're giving credit for.... but it's a race I like loads in, and usually do

Slick jumper for someone who has been over a fence
The horse clearly gives his all..... the jockey will be a passenger as he's grinding his way up the rail

I may be going crazy but I cannot get over the price disparity between Ramses and The Butcher Said. The former is 12/1 in places but 14/1 with Unibet who go 100/1 the latter. On the Cheltenham October form there is nothing between them with Ramses winning by 4 1/2 lengths in receipt of 8 pounds. Factoring in the fact he relished the heavy ground whereas The Butcher Said would have hated it, would make you think things could be very different on better ground. The Butcher Said's only run since was in a race run at a crawl for the first 2 mies and he wasn't able to pick up off the slow pace.He will be much fresher than most of these and 66/1 nrnb could be the way to go.
