Hendo blog:
THE Cheltenham Festival is fast approaching and we’re starting to shuffle the pack with regards to who goes to Prestbury Park and in which race. We still haven’t decided whether Chantry House will run in the Supreme or Ballymore but suffice to say I was extremely pleased with his win at Newbury last week where, to be honest, it was very peaceful to watch. He went around without fuss, jumped very well and travelled and quickened up like a very good horse so we’re all very excited about what he can do. We haven’t even disgussed Cheltenham yet but I must admit my first reaction when talking to AP (McCoy) on the way back to the winners’ enclosure was that I thought he could do with another half mile as I’m sure he’d get it, but we haven’t got to decide for a while as he’s in both races and we’ll obviously do what’s right for the horse. There will be discussions a plenty but ultimately the decision will be up to JP McManus

Would be surprised if Cash out doesnt go soon on Chantry for bets not nrnb. Was waiting on the blog today to see if i could beat the traders to cash if a decision was made. Thats not enough to put me off yet though. Going to ride this one out and hope team JP think this is their best bet in the supreme

PLEASE NOTE: A novice horse shall only be qualified to run in this race if it has run a minimum of three times in Hurdle Races in Great Britain, Ireland or France in accordance with paragraph 15 of the Weights and Handicapping Code
Chantry house would need to run again to be eligible for the county.

Not sure the Albert Bartlett trip is needed, although I am still hanging on to my ticket for him for that race.

I'm definitely holding of to see how Sporting John gets on against a credible Supreme contender today before deciding.
Worst case scenario is I lose 2 pts .... taking 3.7 pts profit now isn't worth it for me, as I actually thought Chantry House was very good.
If I didn't think he could win a Supreme I suppose I'd cash it now, but I do.

They've been quite clear that where Chantry House and Sporting John goes will be decided closer to the time. And I think if Sporting John does well today he will go Ballymore and Chantry House will go Supreme.
IMO.

So he still runs very credibly, however Sporting John looks like he was strongest at the line...
Then Chantry goes Supreme, along with Master Debonair - and Sporting John goes here [Ballymore].
What could go wrong.
