He’s in tip-top order now and has done plenty of schooling. His work has been very, very good and we left him in the Paddy Power Stayers’ Hurdle this week. It’s a big day for him at Haydock but I would expect a much better run.
It was probably my fault at Cheltenham. I was a bit easy on him as he was coming back from the injury and was happy to just get him there. He was in good form but is a different horse now and will leave that run well behind. I’m not saying he’ll win but he’ll put up a serious performance.

50/1 with Sportsbook simply too big.
I agree - 50s is too big. Had a point each way

    • I have a line through Emitom!! See he still has an entry, maybe not in the bin just yet!

Morley Street is this you speaking or are you quoting the trainer...haha?

Like Big Bucks one I had put a line through but still have some lingering freebies on him, agree 50s is tempting but he was very disappointing LTO and I don’t recall them saying he was massively undercooked at the time

LOL... you’ve rumbled me RC... I’m really Warren Greatrex

Piece from him in the Life today... just think if you take his words at face value (and no reason not to IMO) then 50s is huge e/w in a race that, bar the fav, could end up having little real quality?

I’m not far off agreeing with you. Shame there isn’t a bit bigger than 25s NRNB. I just recall some quotes from connections before his last race which were very much along the lines of big expectations and will tell us whether we’ll go to Cheltenham or not. There was no indication he would need the run. As it is he flopped badly and I thought that would be that. As a backer i’m encouraged to hear the excuses even if I’m not convinced and certainly agree this race has opened right up from an E/W perspective

            • Ok I’ve found the bet 22/1 boosted with PP NRNB E/W without Paisley Park (3 places) - added

Great work in finding that RC. I just backed it at 1 pt. @ 22/1 ew. It should only be about 10/1

Yes it’s always nice to resurrect one

However the horse is unrecognisable in 3 runs since Ballymore

Have had to bet as PP in so many multiples

                    • Sky have a without pp market now here.

The hope you'd have with horses like Laurina & City Island is the performance of Thomas Darby

                        • Could ask for a special... PP to win with Emitom and SB both to place top 4 or 5?

BDD would beat anything else in the race easily.

She's a better bet NRNB without PP than PP is to win.

I don't think I'll bother though, I'd want to tie up 50 pts on it
