Yep both horses could be marked up on their performances. Aba left in front or without cover too soon and Shishkin for the trouble in running. Both very good, Shishkin would shade it still for me.

I think the 3 Nicky horses in the first 5 will be top horses.

Just watched the race back again this morning.

Shishkin had absolutely no right to win that race, shows must be some horse.

Davy definitely didn’t want to be left that early on his own but Asterion couldn’t keep going.

Yeh he made a mistake, hampered, forced wide and still got up. Complete weapon. Easy to say post race though. We didn't know he would be that good, I just hoped he would be.

Fair summary of it.

Drifted to a realistic market position too making things a lot easier to assess when playing in the race.... he then made the ante post faith look justified!

Asterion Forlonge's constant jumping to his right caused a lot of trouble he basically took out Elixir D'ainay, who brought down Captain Guinness and caused Heaven help us to run wide. Nico done an excellent job keeping Shishkin just out the way of all that carnage, I see he hit 100-1 on the exchange in running. Amazing win
