How close Henderson is to the team at unibet, and how this keeps happening, is quite troubling imo

They are all in bed together. The trainers get paid to sprout bs to the media knowing full well thr sheep will lap up every word they say. Its a mutually beneficial arrangement.

Nicholls writes for betfair, Henderson for Unibet, Tizzards for Coral.

Do you honestly think a bookmaker is going to pay a trainer to lose them money. You may get thrown the odd scrap but ultimately these colums make both the writer and the platform owner lots of money.

I have seen both Nicholls and Henderson this season make out a horse is a good thing on their blogs yet in a seperate interview talk down the same horses chances.

You only have to look on this forum to see how much weight people hang on a trainers public quotes.

what goes on would be illegal and would face prison terms in any other environment .

These people have no problem putting there own owners away to line their own pockets yet bizzarely the public hang on everything they say and believe the trainer will try and help them out.

90% of the bets on this forum come off the back of a trainer interview and positive words.
The same people fall for the same traps year after year and never learn.

What is also factual is the good members of the forum have also noted not to take a trainers/owners/jockeys word as gospel.

I don't believe 90% of bets are on because of a trainers word, I think you are wrong.

Only people who hang on every word a trainer says could possibly be offended but these are the ones ultimately who I am trying to help out.

Its perfectly clear that a high percentage take media quotes as gospel. We can choose to bury our heads in the sand if we like and pretend this isnt the case though.
