My guess is that if its good ground Sceau Royal will run and if its Soft or worse Janicka will run.
I'm not going to bet based on needing the British weather to do something (or not do it) but I think it's a fair price on him.
Don't like Janicka at all, I'm surprised they're even considering him as a QMCC candidate myself.

I think Sceau Royal has a great chance this Sat. Likely to get his ground. Experienced, but only 7. A genuine grade 1 horse who has got close to Altior. A decent ground two mile race plays to his strengths.
DDS at 2m, with the railway fences, against seasoned grade 1 horses...there has to be some doubt. Ground (and maybe age) likely to go against UdS. Politologue is a good horse but a quick 2m may not be to his liking either.
SR has a great chance, IMO.Last edited by TCH29; 3 December 2019, 08:25 PM.

Sceau Royal's only grade 1 win was in the Novice chase at sandown, beating North Hill Harvey.
He's ran 23 times in the UK in total.
And never won a grade 1 against adults

I've backed Sceau Royal
Yes, he's only grade 1 win was back here in novice company, but thats a CD win and he put up an impressive time. He also jumped and travelled extremely well
You have to scratch performances over soft/heavy ground, the horse simply doesnt enjoy it.
Third in the champ chase, a well run race
Second to Altior at the end of the season, again over CD
He's the only proper 2 miler in there, thats ran in good graded company
UDS is too old to be running over half decent'ish ground, and will he even turn up?
Defi, he'll be found out this weekend. Jumping isnt great and it will show here, he'll be up against it with what could be a decent pace set with Ornua at the front - hope he turns up
I think Politologue will reverse the result with Defi this Saturday. With Sceau winning this

Hes a quality horse, was injured for the arkle and hes kept top company before and since, he diddnt get his ground, yet ran an absolute stormer in the qmcc, where Daryl tried to slip one in on altior early and win, consequently paying the price,
Janika has ran in handicaps, and as just said above, he deserves to take his chance. But theres a big old gap between handicaps and grade 1s. He needs to step up.
Where as if sceau royal runs his race and gets decent ground in the qmcc, I have no doubt he'll be bang there at the last.https://scooby91horseracingtips.com/
