That's a shame. Hopefully he has another race this year - either the Punchestowns Champion Chase against CPS, Min and maybe DDS, or go to Aintree for the Melling Chase over 2m4.Comment

Weird feeling this as I’ve got CPS in loads of bets at 6/1 all the way down to 3/1 but I’m still gutted for the race Altior is missing the contest....shame but kind of sums up his seasonComment

I do think Altior was going to be beat tomorrow and so it's a shame that one of the other horses is going to take the crown without beating the reigning champ.Comment
