    • Nap: Allaho Ryanair - I don’t think any horse has followed up with a repeat win in this race (I know it’s a fairly new race) but his performance in last season’s Ryanair was incredible, I don’t know what can keep up with him if he turns up fit and ready to rampage again

Lay: Flooring Porter Stayers - I can’t see him repeating his front running tactics again and not getting caught, I think he will get out gunned next festival

E/W: Gauloise Mare Hurdle - she was running well up until half a mile out in the Mares Novice Hurdle where she got outpaced. I think the extra half of mile in the Mares Hurdle will play to her strengths and I think she is a progressive horse who improved with each race last season even if she flattered to deceive at the Festival. I think she will be a genuine contender at next years Mares Hurdle at 12/1.

I think if Shan Blue doesn’t go for the Ladbrokes Trophy at Newbury he could be real live chance in the King George after his performance in the Novice Chase at Kempton last Boxing Day

Albertas Run won it back to back didn’t he?

I stand corrected Stormez, how could I forget about the legendary Albertas Run, his first win was debut at the Festival and first decent win of the day.

One of the best rides ever cajoling him around Prestbury.

                • Just had a quick look back at the nap and lays for 2022.Now after Monkfish's out for the season 6 people gave it the lay and not one of us gave it a nap. Scary
