I really rate Bob Olinger and Minella Indo, hoping Honeysuckle goes for the mares. Sure she'll be in demand in the handicaps too.

          NAP: Sharjah (Champion Hurdle)
          - Expecting at 16/1+ after being defeated in the ICH, only to come back in March in another patient ride in what could be a stupidly ran champion hurdle

          Lay: Bravemansgame (Ballymore)
          - I just can't have this horse

          E/W: Franco De Port (Marsh)
Step up should suit, and will fight it out whilst EA strolls through the pack to a win

Decided to throw in a big NAP Lol

Sharjah could be my NAP on the day if things fall into place and the race goes the way I think it will

            - Silver Streak and Aspire Tower front runners
            - Honeysuckle up there too, but will get pushed around as she makes mistakes and struggles to go with early pace, generally pulling the field forward
            - With questions marks on whether Epatante, and how she was beaten LTO, I feel the field will push on
            - Goshen!! If he turns up, he has one way of running.... towards the front
            - Soft ground, potentially on the testing side given how saturated the ground has been

V.Strong pace + with a few nut heads ridden by inexperienced jockeys + weak quality from UK (apart from Epatante) + going = sets this up for Sharjah who will waiting in the rear again, but this time.... he'll reserve the form from last year and win this

No early pace next week in the ICH, expect Sharjah to struggle, a horse that needs conditions to be at his best. He's likely to get this in March

Crazy stuff, but if the stars align... I will be on Sharjah as a NAP bet

Problem is the sheer amount of ammo Paul townend will be given by willie

Rachel would have to win on almost all of her big guns to have any chance

Which I hope she does as I'm on them all haha

yep townend going to be spoilt for choice in some races, think it will probably come down to the 2nd and 3rd columns which might favour townend or kennedy. at the prices though think shes value

                    A little unimaginative but -

NAP - Envoi Allen, I get the feeling that the best of his opposition may be frightened into running in alternative races to a lesser degree than those opposing Shishkin

LAY - Bravemansgame, For some unknown reason i haven't taken to this horse (which obviously in itself doesn't mean it can't win), i feel that ultimately it will be a much better chaser

E/W - Eklat De Rire (NHC) - I have mentioned on here how impressed i was with its run at Punchestown beating School Boy Hours, my only slight reservation might be the fact that De Bromhead doesnt aim many at this race

Be interesting to see how many if any can land the trifecta of winning nap, losing lay and placed longshot

Or the super trifecta and get a winning longshot too

Mine are still live.....although ropey middle leg

Nap - Envoi Allen - combination of being the most exciting, most rock solid, weakest opposition and fairest price of the shorties?

Lay - Al Boum Photo - 3x Gold Cup winners are: Arkle, Golden Miller, Best Mate and Cottage Rake. At 3/1, given the list of absolutely incredible horses that haven't done it, I don't even want him to do it (and I backed him at 33/1 for the first one )

Each Way - Elimay - there are quite simply not 3 mares, currently chasing, better than her.

                            NAPs
                            - Monkfish, just too good. Will be like when Douvan and Vautour won their novice chases - a pure joy to watch

                            LAY
                            - Bravemansgame, dont like his profile. Dont like the trainer for this race.

                            E/W
                            - Jeff Kidder, 50/1 for the juvenile handicapper on day 1. Why not hey

                                Vikings are brave!

                                Where are the chinks?!

Good race though, they're 5 decent horses against him.

I'm going to sleep so don't make too good a case
