Looks a fair renewal of the RSA though SW.
NH Chase a much classier race that it used to be and they used this route for Native River, could be they see this as the better route for his long term future...

Who remembers a 200M winner, over a 100M winner?
I dont think Champ/Minella Indo cast a larger shadow of domination over their field and trip than Champagne Classic/Carefully Selected do over theirs (all low to mid 150's stuff). It's similar to me, no massive stand out difference.
Copperhead beats any of them, if he produces his form from LTO.
No dodge.Last edited by Saxon Warrior; 22 February 2020, 08:53 AM."Journeys to Glory, breathing in his head".

My point is that some owners/trainers place more importance on having a Cheltenham winner over the quality of the race it wins. Plenty of past and present examples of this happening.
I am not saying Champ/Minella Indo (Minella Rocco ) will be miles more difficult to beat, its fine margins, but taking those two and others on over 3m in a G1 after the race he's just had will be more difficult than the G2, IMO.Last edited by charlie; 22 February 2020, 08:36 AM.

Charlie - If I recall you’re on BOD for this too, as am I. Do you still hold out much hope of: one, him coming over and two, him winning? Personally, I will be gutted if he doesn’t come over. That would just seem defeatist to me. I think 3miles with the hill will be right up his street. What’s your view?

Respect your opinion and like your confidence but DIZZIE TIZZIE still undecided as to target
I’m firmly in Minella INDO camp and not Champ
May the best horse win

CC over another 100 yards would have beat BOD who went out like a light at the DRF. Superb jumper but looks slow and I think the NHC would suit him down to the ground. Fortunately, I have 1pt on @ 25/1 to win any race so all hope not lost, but I think it would be a reach to come here and then win, and that's putting it lightly!
