Worth remembering Limini only won her first race in Ireland by half a length. People will say well that was sandymount duke, but on his bumper form you wouldn't have been that impressed then either.

Obviously underwhelmed with her today but she went about half a mile further than anything else by going right round the outside in search of better ground and she looked (albeit it only on tv viewing) to be plenty big enough. I’m guessing it will be 6 weeks fairly hard work to get her fit now

She did look massive watching it back, I can't help feeling suckered in by the quotes despite my better judgement telling me it's confirmation bias as I'm already invested in her.
Before she ran I thought she was worth putting in a few doubles at 6/1 - she wins, and I'm not sure whether 6/1 is a better price now or before

Ps, thank god she won in a faster time compared to the maiden afterwards, as if not, we'd have been pretty doomed lol.

But she's obviously well liked and a premium priced horse for now, and likely to remain so as Willie did nothing after the race to dampen the fires. Although she did a damn good job of that herself the fat bitch.

It's not the smartest play but if Mullins views her as a "very good mare", and her best then that's still good enough for me in this race.
Not sure i've ever seen Mullins so adamant about a horse being so in need for fitness and a run. Perhaps Faugheen at Ascot years back?!
Another snippet if not seen:
"She is a fantastic jumper, but I've just had training problems with her. I treated her very, very gently and hoped and crossed my fingers that we had enough done today."
But in truth it's the interview with Willie Mullins after that has me most excited...not anything to do with her performance!!

Personally I didn’t mind the performance today. I want to see a slick set of jumping which I did. Having been out for so long and not having the proper match fitness then the battling win is good experience. Over further so hopefully that will help and hoping the Mullins improvement from the 1st run will come into things.
Not on sexy prices but will help with a few doubles / trebles
